For your convenience a grocery store is also available on-site. There are a number of picturesque Devonshire towns in the surrounding area including the historic market town of Barnstaple, just 20 miles away. Tintagel Castle, the rumoured birthplace of King Arthur, is 35 miles away and Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks are both easily reached within an hour. Holsworthy Golf Club is just 9 miles. PLEASE NOTE: All bookings of 5 rooms or more are subject to the property's group booking conditions. Full payment for standard rate/flexible rate group bookings must be made 30 days prior to the arrival date and the credit/debit card taken at the time of booking will be charged accordingly. No cancellations or refunds are permitted once payment has been made. On-site parties or group events are strictly prohibited. Due to the nature of the property, the property is not suitable or recommended for stag, hen or similar parties. A refundable security deposit of £100 per apartment is required upon arrival. This deposit is obligatory and must be paid with a valid debit or credit card. Cash is not accepted. Guests who are unable to provide the deposit will not gain entry to the apartment.
