You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

1. You may be required to pay VAT (19%) at the property. Nonresident travelers who pay using a foreign card or bank transfer and present a valid passport and tourist visa may be exempt from value-added tax (19%) on tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel service).

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

1. Breakfast buffet fee: USD 10 per adult and USD 10 per child (approximate price).
2. Airport transfers (round trip): USD 30 per person.
3. An early check-in fee applies (subject to availability).
4. A late check-out fee applies (subject to availability).
5. Facilities usage fee: USD 4 per person, per night.

***Breakfast is not included for children who stay free of charge; this cost must be paid directly at the hotel.

***By law, currency exchange in hotels in Colombia is not permitted.

***There may be mandatory fees determined by the hotel to be paid directly upon check-in or check-out.

***Based on local tax laws, only tourists with a Permiso de Ingreso y Permanencia PIP-3, PIP-5, PIP-6, or PIP-10; or a valid Temporary VISA TP-7, TP-11, or TP-12, are exempted from VAT on accommodation.

***By order of the Colombian government, at check-in, children and adolescents under 18 years of age who are accompanied by their parents or legal guardians must present a document proving this relationship. If they are accompanied by another person, whether a relative or not, they must present a legal authorization from their parents.
