You will be required to pay the following charges at the property, which may include applicable taxes:

1. You may be required to pay VAT (19%) at the property. Foreign tourists who pay with a foreign credit card or via bank transfer and who present a tourist visa and a valid passport may be exempt from this tax on package reservations (lodging and another travel service).

We have included all charges provided to us by the property:

1. Airport transfer: USD 7 per vehicle (maximum capacity of 4)
2. Pets: USD 30 per pet, per night
3. Service animals are accepted free of charge.
4. An early check-in fee is charged (subject to availability).
5. A late check-out fee is charged (subject to availability).

The above list may be incomplete. Additionally, taxes may not be included. Amounts are subject to change.

***If you are traveling with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the child’s identification document and a document proving a first-degree blood relationship (biological parent–child) or a first-degree civil relationship (adoptive parent–adopted child). If the minor is not traveling with their parents, the accompanying adult must provide at check-in the minor’s ID and a notarized authorization letter signed by the parents, and a copy of the IDs of those who granted the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed to enter the hotel. This requirement is in accordance with the law.
