GHL Relax Hotel Sunrise has a freshwater pool on a pier above the sea. It also has a jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna, and a fitness center with pilates and spinning classes. The property houses a convention center, business center, two restaurants, and three bars. Wireless internet service is only available in social areas of the hotel, not in the rooms.

The hotel is located on the island of San Andrés, Colombia, 1 kilometer (0.6 mi) from Gustavo Rojas Pinilla International Airport (ADZ). Within a radius of 1 kilometer (0.6 mi) you can visit the San Andrés Shopping Center and the Edwin O'Neil Football Stadium.
