Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa is an all-inclusive beach hotel in the Riviera Maya. Its Unlimited-Luxury® concept offers, in addition to luxuriously equipped rooms and suites, all premium food and beverages, 24-hour room service, daily activity program, evening shows, themed parties, children's club and activities for teenagers. This concept also includes the Unlimited Connectivity function, which by simply downloading an application to the cell phone, you can make and receive calls over the hotel's wireless network, keep in touch on social networks, contact staff and make spa reservations, excursions, and other benefits. When it comes to eating and enjoying a drink, the property has six à la carte restaurants, one buffet, one with grilled cuts, a café and seven bars. The property accepts dogs weighing up to 10 kg in the rooms and offers special amenities for them (charges and restrictions apply).

The hotel's 431 rooms and suites have a contemporary Mexican style, marble floors and can have garden or ocean views. The rooms are luxurious and the suites have a balcony or terrace. All are equipped with an electronic safe and a minibar that is replenished daily. For couples, there is an adult-only room section. The hotel has two pools on the property that are accessible to all guests. There are also two exclusive Preferred Club-only pools for the use of guests staying in those room categories. In addition, there is a water park for children located near the Explorer's Club. Some pools are heated from December to March depending on weather conditions. We also have a cenote, a trampoline in the sea and a world-class spa that offers various facial and body treatments. It also offers a variety of sports such as tennis, volleyball, kayaking and water polo. A chapel and function rooms are available. With the Sip, Savor and See program, guests have the benefit of going to the restaurants and bars of other chain hotels in the area and enjoying the entertainment.
