Visitors to the Universal Orlando hotel must show the hotel's access card and the valid entrance to the theme park. Other visitors must present the theme park ticket indicating the advance ticket. Early access to the park starts up to one (1) hour before the park’s usual scheduled opening for: (a) Universal Studios Florida and/or Universal Islands of Adventure as determined by Universal Orlando; (b) Universal Volcano Bay (if time permits); and/or (c) Universal Epic Universe. This is valid for selected attractions in each park. A Park-to-Park pass is required to climb the HogwartsTM Express. The advantage is non-transferable. Parks, attractions, hours and the advantages of early entry to the park may vary and are subject to substitutions, changes, availability, capacity and/or cancellation without notice and are not guaranteed. Additional restrictions may apply. Only products purchased from specific stores in the Universal Orlando owned theme parks and management can be delivered to the hotel. Delivery at the hotel ends daily at 5:00 p.m. and service is not available on check-out day. Additional restrictions may vary without notice.
