The hotel is pet-friendly (fees and restrictions apply). ***The reservation holder must present official photo identification. ***During the check-in, each guest must present their CURP at the reception (only applies to the Mexican market). ***Room service is available from 07:00 to 18:00 hrs with an additional charge of 15% of the total order.
