Iberostar Selection Hacienda Dominicus is an all-inclusive beach hotel ideal for couples and families located on Dominicus Beach. In addition, you must cover expenses for physical damage to facilities, staff, and/or guests. *Access to the hotel's nightclub is provided to guests over 18 years old. *The legal drinking age in Mexico, Jamaica, Brazil and the Dominican Republic is 18. Alcoholic beverages are available to all guests over 18 years of age. ***Individual and group student bookings will be subject to the following conditions: *Individual and group reservations must leave a refundable deposit of $200.00 USD per room upon check-in for any charges, damages, unpaid expenses, losses or penalties that customers incur or are responsible for during their stay. If the damages exceed the deposit of $200.00 USD per room, the full amount of the damage will be charged to the guest's room and will be paid upon departure. If no damage is incurred, the deposit will be refunded to the customer. *Child Policy: All customers under 18 will receive a bracelet in an easily identifiable color. In the event of damage, alteration or misuse of said bracelet, the guardian responsible for the minor must pay a fine of $450.00 USD or its equivalent in the national currency at the current exchange rate. The hotel management reserves the right to expel any guest who alters or violates Iberostar Hotels and Resorts policies without a refund or return of the remaining nights, or to call local authorities if necessary. ***Spring Break Policy: To maintain a family atmosphere, Iberostar Hotels & Resorts does not accept anyone who is part of a Spring Break group (neither group nor individual) at any property and during any time of the year. Spring break is defined as those granted from high school to college-age individuals who make reservations together either as individual or group bookings. Groups without parents or companions over 25 years of age are not allowed. Iberostar Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to deny check-in to any group or individual that can be defined as part of a Spring Break group. This policy is subject to change without notice. Iberostar Hotels and Resorts may also add additional restrictions based on the hotel's occupancy or season levels, and the hotel chain may impose additional criteria based on the hotel's operating limitations. ***Before your trip, we recommend that you check the entry and stay requirements of the country you are visiting directly with the appropriate national authorities.
