The resort offers a unique experience, featuring Kan Kanán, the largest private artificial reef in the world, a gourmet tower with beachfront restaurants overlooking the Caribbean Sea, as well as suites with balconies, some with access to the pools. For children, it offers the Eko Kids Club™ children's club and for babies it offers various services such as changing tables, sterilizers, food and cribs, among others. The property offers two pools and spa services that use ancient Mayan techniques. In terms of food options, you can choose from a variety of five restaurants and two bars. The hotel's 159 1, 2 or 3 bedroom Oceanfront suites offer 24-hour room service, a smart TV, and a bathroom with a double sink and a spa bath for two.
