About hotel
Castello di Monterado, historic residence in the medieval village of Monterado (AN), offers accommodation for comfortable and relaxing holidays in the Marche. The Prince de Beauharnais, Napoleon's nephew, spent here his honeymoon and he commissioned wonderful frescoes, still visible in the halls and in the suites. Suites and Superior rooms are equipped with elegant furniture, LCD TV, safe, mini-bar, private stylish bathroom. The apartments, furnished in a contemporary style, have a fully equipped kitchen and they are located in a renovated historic building, just 30 meters from the castle.Guests have access to the swimming pool, the wood, with pine and oak trees, the park with an Italian garden, shaded by cedars of Lebanon, the billiard room, parking and free Wi-Fi.The rich buffet breakfast, sweet and salty, is offered in the beautiful breakfast room, one of the most striking rooms of the castle. Castello di Monterado is about 10 km from the beach of Senigallia and 35 km from Ancona airport, and it allows to reach easily the most beautiful town in the area.
