We are a family owned business with experience in tourism and hospitality. We started operating in 1976 with Oskars Restaurant and later Oskars Studios & Apartments in Lassi Kefalonia. Built and completed at Svoronata Kefalonia in 2019, Casa De Rosa consists of 10 superior studios, 2 apartments and, 1 one-bedroom mini villa. All spacious, airy and fully equipped. Set amidst a 5 acres olive grove surrounded by peaceful landscape, they feature a pool with a non-chemical eco cleaning system. This lovely aparthotel is in Svoronata-Ammes. Situated within 1000 metres from the town centre, the aparthotel is easily accessible on foot to a host of places of interest. The main entertainment areas are within easy reach of the accommodation.
