The property is 2 blocks from Arrecife shopping center and Mundo Marino Aquarium, 7 kilometers (4.3 mi) from the historic center of Santa Marta, and 11 kilometers (6.8 mi) from Simón Bolívar International Airport (SMR). ***The Mayor's Office of Santa Marta, in its Decree 257 of November 11, 2021, in its article Requirement of the Vaccination card decrees that the territorial entities must add to the current biosafety protocols, the mandatory requirement to present the COVID-19 vaccination card or digital certificate of vaccination available at: mivacuna.sispro.gov.co, in which it is evident, at least the beginning of the vaccination scheme.
