Set directly on one of the city's main squares, the attractive hotel Albert 1 enjoys a wonderful situation in the very centre of Algiers. It is just a step away from the famous Grand Post Office with its unique French-Moorish architecture. Other attractions such as the Government Palace, the National Library, the Emir Abdelkader Square, Boulevard Mohamed V, Didouche Mourad Street and the harbour can be reached within a short stroll. This historic building overlooking the bay and the harbour boasts a beautiful white façade contrasted by blue shutters and balustrades.
